Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Rates
Flat $3.99 on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $31 — which covers every multi-pack.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 business day and arrive in 4–7 business days from the time you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order. If the tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something's wrong, email us straight away — we can correct it before the parcel leaves, but not after. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are reshipped once the correct address is confirmed.

Lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel isn't there, check with your household and neighbours first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out.

Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather and holiday peaks are outside our control. If your order is running past the window above, email us and we'll look into it.
